Introduction 計劃簡介

School Nominations Direct Admission Scheme (SNDAS) is introduced with the aim of recognising the talent of local secondary students that could not be fully assessed by the HKDSE Examination. It is a “programme-student matching exercise” in essence that provides opportunities for secondary students who have demonstrated exceptional talents and interests in specific disciplines / areas to be considered for direct admission to local universities.

「學校推薦直接錄取計劃」（直接錄取計劃）的推行旨在認同一些具有才華而未能在香港文憑試獲全面評核的本地中學生。它基本上是一個「課程與學生配對」的計劃，提供機會予在個別學科/範疇具有特殊才華及興趣的中學生獲本地大學考慮直接錄取。

Eligibility 報名資格

Local students pursuing the local secondary curriculum and taking the HKDSE Examination; and

修讀本地中學課程並應考文憑試的本地學生；及

MUST apply for admission to universities through JUPAS in parallel.

必須同時透過大學聯合招生辦法（JUPAS）報讀大學。

Note: Students nominated for the SPNS under JUPAS will not be eligible for nomination under SNDAS, and vice versa.

註: 參加JUPAS下「校長推薦計劃」的學生將不符合資格參與直接錄取計劃, 反之亦然。

Application Arrangement 報名安排

Secondary Schools 中學

Each local secondary school has a quota of two nominations for nominating students with exceptional talents and interests in specific disciplines / areas. Each student nominee can apply for admission to one designated UGC-funded undergraduate programme participating in SNDAS. SNDAS nominations are to be submitted by secondary school principals. The nominations will also be verified by the Education Bureau.

每間本地中學可推薦兩名在個別學科/範疇具有特殊才華及興趣的學生參與計劃。每名獲推薦的學生可報讀一個參與計劃的指定教資會資助學士學位課程。直接錄取計劃的提名將由中學校長提交，並向教育局匯報，以作核實。

Student Nominees 獲推薦的學生

SNDAS will be implemented in parallel with the JUPAS route. Students nominated for SNDAS should submit their JUPAS applications and any necessary documents in accordance with the guidelines and deadlines set by the JUPAS Office. Moreover, student nominees MUST include the chosen SNDAS-participating undergraduate programme as one of their 20 JUPAS programme choices.

直接錄取計劃的提名及JUPAS的申請程序將同步進行。獲推薦參與計劃的學生應同時提交JUPAS申請，並按大學聯合招生處訂下的指引及日程遞交所需文件。此外，獲推薦的學生必須將所選取的直接錄取計劃指定學士學位課程包括在其JUPAS申請的20項課程選擇之內。

Announcement and Acceptance of Offers 錄取通知及接受錄取

Participating universities will make firm offers to successful SNDAS student nominees in prior to the release of the HKDSE Examination results.

參與直接錄取計劃的大學將於文憑試成績公布前，向獲推薦並成功申請的學生發出「直接錄取」通知。

Successful nominees MUST decide whether to accept the offer BEFORE the release of the HKDSE Examination results. Once accepted, the firm offer will be binding and the nominees WILL NOT be considered / accepted by other programmes regardless of their HKDSE Examination results. Their JUPAS applications will automatically be removed from the JUPAS application system.

成功申請的學生必須在文憑試成績公布前決定是否接受錄取。學生一旦接受「直接錄取」即具有約束力，不論其文憑試成績如何，他將不會獲其他課程考慮或錄取；其JUPAS申請亦會自動從JUPAS系統中刪除。

For unsuccessful nominees (i.e. those who did not receive / rejected the SNDAS offer), their JUPAS applications will continue to be processed and be considered by the JUPAS-participating institutions for admission to their programmes following the release of the HKDSE Examination results.
