Duties 職責

Mainly deals with computer hardware and software issues, the main duties are as follows:

主要處理電腦硬件及軟件問題，主要工作如下：


  • Provide hardware and software support

提供硬件及軟件支援


  • Installation, operation and maintenance of computer systems

安裝、運作及維修電腦系統


  • Find out the cause of the computer failure

找出電腦故障成因


  • Responsible for setting up and managing network, data adjusting and backup etc

負責建立及管理網絡，數據調節及備份等


  • Computer typesetting, web page creation and updating, film and photo processing

負責電腦排版、製作及更新網頁、處理影片及相片

Working hours 工作時間

About 45 hours a week 每星期約45小時

Working in general industrial and commercial buildings /Office

Entry requirements 入職條件


  • Hold a Higher Diploma / Associate degree / Registered Post-Secondary College Diploma in Computer / IT related or above

持有電腦/資訊科技相關的高級文憑 / 副學士學位 / 註冊專上學院的文憑，或以上學歷


  • Familiar with computer hardware, Microsoft client system maintenance and user support

熟悉電腦硬件、微軟用戶端系統維護及用家支援等


  • Good command of written Chinese and English

良好中、英文書寫能力
