Duties 職責

Some of the local airlines hold commercial pilot training program in order to attract more young talents to join their industry. The examinations of Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is rigorous, in order to become a qualified pilot, it requires candidates to pass various examinations and accumulate certain numbers of flight hours. The main duties of a pilot are as follows:

本地航空公司開辦的見習機師培訓計劃招攬了不少有意投身航空業的年青人。飛機師投考資格嚴謹,需要通過航空公司多項的考試和測驗,才能正式成為飛機師,以下是飛機師的主要職責:


  • Responsible for take-off, landing, navigating and managing the cockpit

負責航機起飛、降落、導航及管理駕駛艙

  • Manage and communicate with the in-flight crew

擔任機上通訊和領航工作

  • Ensure the aircraft safety and carry the passengers to the destination

確保航班安全以及把乘客送達至目的地

  • Contact and keep in touch with airport control tower

與各地的機場指揮塔溝通和聯絡

  • Communicate with ground crew, flight attendants and engineers

與地勤人員、機艙服務員和地面工程師溝通

Working hours 工作時間

No fixed working schedule, working hours depends on duration of flights

工作時間不定,視乎長途或短途航機

Working environment 工作環境

Work indoors in airplanes, respond to changing weather conditions and other emergencies

長時間在機艙內工作、需要應付突如其來的天氣變化

Approximately $30,000 or above


  • Second officer 二副機長

Approximately $50,000 or above


  • First officer 副機長

Approximately $70,000 or above

Entry requirements 入職條件


  • Level 3 or above in five subjects (including English, Mathematics and Physics) in HKDSE , or equivalent (Education requirements may vary from one company to another)

中學文憑試五科達第三級或以上(包括英國、數學和物理科) 或同等學歷 (學歷要求因應不同航空公司而異)

  • Comply with the language proficiency requirements of the airline. Good communication skills in both written and spoken English

符合航空公司的語文能力要求,能書寫及操流利英語

  • Comply with the height and eyesight requirements of the airline company

  • 符合航空公司的身高和視力要求,以及通過體格檢查
