PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
First off, I want to give a HUGE thanks to our Solar families for helping to celebrate our Teachers and Staff last week for Teacher Appreciation week. Every ounce of success that we have as a school is because of their hard work day in and day out! If you didn't get a chance to share your love, it is not too late! Words of affirmation and gratitude are appreciated especially at the end of the year so that we may finish strong!
We had such a wonderful time celebrating togther at the sweetheart dance. We loved to see so many families out at this event and our Trailblazers enjoyng thier time together dancing the night away! Solar League did an amazing job and we appreciate their commitment to bringing families together and creating opportunities for connection. We appreciate all of you for your flexibilty and braving the heat and we are committed to work together to improve the experience of our families at each and every event that we host! This week our 7th graders will have a professional photographer on campus to take their photos for a special 8th grade gift!

NATIONAL SCHOOL NURSE DAY!
We want to take time to appreciate our school nurse. In the midst of a worldwide pandemic, our school nurses had to take on the health of our entire community. It takes a lot to be on the frontline 5 days a week and be willing to go beyond the hours of the school day to check in and ensure that in the evenings and over the weekends we are able to stay ahead of whatever may be coming our way each week. We appreciate you, Nurse Arteaga!
