WEEKLY STAFF SHOUTOUTS

We would LOVE your help appreciating and celebrating our staff! Any staff member who you see making a difference (big or small) in our school community would love to hear your words of affirmation. This link is always made available on BrightTimes to give shoutouts throughout the school year. We especially want to put it front and center this week! Staff members receive these shoutouts through our staff newsletter, and they brighten their days. Thank you for taking time to shout them out!

Ms.Arett -  Ms. Arett did an incredible job representing Solar at the state level. She presented on a Saturday morning at the Texas Science Teacher conference and received RAVE reviews! We are so thankful for your expertise and how you spread the excellence that is Solar Prep in every space you go! 

Ms.Shaheen - 1st grade is a big year, and Ms. Shaheen has made it amazing so far!! She is so in tune with our scholar's needs and goals, and has anticipated every need along the way. So excited for the rest of the school year! 

Ms.mathai-My daughter loves to talk to Ms. Mathai. Thank you for being a great role model and a great teacher- it means a lot for the girls to see that you see them as an individual.

Mrs. Mathai has really helped Zoë this year!

Mrs. Mathai does a GREAT JOB 👏🏽 in communicating project dates with her sixth graders. As a busy, work mom, this is SUPER HELPFUL! GRACIAS 🤩 so much! I would like to shoutout Ms.Mathia because she is a good teacher and makes everybody feel welcomed .

Ms. Mathai: I always feel seen and heard by you as a person. I value you as a person, a teacher, and a leader. Thank you for all that you do, both visible and invisible.

I would like to shout out Ms.Mathai because she puts love and care into everything she does, she also wants us to succeed in everything we do, so she posts on her google classroom. these are reasons i want to shout out Ms.Mathai.

Ms.stevens-Ellie did an amazing job coordinating the beautification of the garden.  Thank you for working so hard to making our garden come back to life!

Ms.Padgett- She always stays positive even when times are craycray. I want to celebrate Ms.Padgett because almost everyday at the end of class her voice is almost gone which I very much respect because it shows how much effort and support she puts towards students.

I would like to celebrate Ms. Padgett because she helps me with a lot of my math even when i forgot my computer she was calm and nice about it and offered a learning lunch for me to finish check point.

Ms. Padgett is a good person she always wants you to do your best she is kind to every one and I love to be in her class it's something I'm looking forward to. I loved when I had to got to study hall three times for nothing I finished all my work I was supposed to not be in study hall be I wanted to stay and I had fun helping her. Ms. Padgett deserves an award for coming to class every day with a beautiful smile she is never angry or sad shes the best I love her.

Ms.stubbs-  She always tries to stay positive, with a smile and every time I ask a question, she is always helping me out. she also is a very good LEADER.

Ms.Petras -  I like to shoutout Ms. Petras because she is a good teacher and because I used to never like social studies/world cultures  because it was boring but she made it fun and now I like it.

Ms. pustejovsky-  I know it can't be easy to feel like you are always giving up your space but you do it with ease and grace. I am so impressed by your ability to pick up where you left off and ensure kids are learning no matter where you are. I am so inspired by the level of rigor and cool projects going on in your classroom. I am so impressed by it all! 

Ms.Rudd-Ms. Rudd has parents who still speak to her strengths as a MS math teacher. A parent this week gave Ms. Rudd a shoutout based on how much her daughter LOVES math because of Ms. Rudd. The impact that Rudd has on our campus is one that reaches both far and wide. It was an honor hearing this parent speak so highly of Rudd's instructional leadership 💜

Ms.RAMSEUR - Every student and staff was raving about how funny and incredible the play was! YOU DID THAT! Thank you for your hard work and excellence! The kids are so lucky to be directed by you! 

-Because she is really nice and cool !

-Because she makes sure that we are on task every single day like on Wednesday the week of 17th-21st she was really keeping us on track because she would be out these upcoming few days after break we are so proud of you (4th Period)
