We would LOVE your help appreciating and celebrating our staff! Any staff member who you see making a difference (big or small) in our school community would love to hear your words of affirmation. This link is always made available on BrightTimes to give shoutouts throughout the school year. We especially want to put it front and center this week! Staff members receive these shoutouts through our staff newsletter, and they brighten their days. Thank you for taking time to shout them out!

Ms. HAILEY- I learn so much from watching you prepare for an event. You care for the details and empower students to feel they are part of the work. We are so thankful for you!!!!
Ms. Hailey puts so much effort into putting on events for Solar and all of the guests that we have visit. Even with ALL that going on, she still comes to class with 100%.
3rd Grade Team - I love how in step you guys are with each other. You are an exemplar of what it looks like to level each other up and ensure you are doing what is best for kids. I am so thankful for the way you push and support our 3rd grade scholars.
MS. Castro- the girls LOVE you! Thank you for jumping into the first grade team and for all that you do! We are so thankful for you!
Susamei & yaneli -You are the most amazing teammates and the rocks of 1st grade! Thank you for treating every scholar like your own and creating such a memorable experience for our girls. Solar is LUCKY to have leaders like you!
Mrs. Cuevas -Cuevas has done an amazing job building connections with the girls. They love to talk with her and feel comfortable coming to her with any issues they may want to speak about. She was even complimented on her support for a student during parent conferences this week. She's an amazing model for our girls!
PAdgett, marquez, west, and rudd-Thank you so much to Padgett, Marquez, West, and Rudd for ordering bread, cookies, and bagels from my friend's business this week! Your support is so appreciated, and I hope you enjoyed your goodies 🫶
mrs. ramseur-Ms. Ramseur works so hard! No. matter how tired, or exhausted she maybe. She always gives 100%. She is always the example of energy. Energry on Point!
mrs. arellano -YShoutout to Ms. Arellano for being such a steady, caring presence in our classroom. The girls adore her, and I’m so grateful for the way she supports them and me every single day. We’re lucky to have her 💛
mrs. esquivel-Huge shoutout to Mrs. Esquivel for all that she does to keep our school running smoothly. From a million behind-the-scenes tasks to stepping in as nurse for the day on Friday, she truly does it all. We are so thankful for her care, flexibility, and big heart
mr. cuevas-Mr. Cuevas always checks up on me and asks me how my day is going.
coach rojas- Thank you Coach Rojas for going above and beyond on Friday by shuttling people to and from the parking lot. He is always so kind, helpful, and ready to lend a hand. We’re lucky to have him! 💛
ms. pierre-Shoutout to Ms. Pierre for shuttling people to and from the parking lot and for being such a huge help in the front office. She does so many things behind the scenes that truly make teachers’ days smoother. We’re so grateful for her support and kindness!
