Synopsis

Tris Prior is a teenage girl that lives in a futuristic type city. The city is divided in five factions. As the citizens transition into adulthood, they have to decide on which faction to become a part of. Does Tris stay with her family or does she leave them forever? Her decision surprises everyone. As she goes through intense training, she under covers a very big secret about herself and her mother. Trying to juggle this big secret, new friends, training, and a new love interest may be too much for Tris. If the secret unfolds, Tris could be in a life or death situation. I rated Divergent 5 out of 5 stars. This book gives you everything from sci-fi to romance. The book takes you on a adventure that you don't want to end. I advise the reader to be 13 years or older do to some inappropriate behavior and language.
