Synopsis:

Roy Eberhart is a young teenage boy. His father works for the government so, they move to different states very often. One summer, they are moving to Florida. An "All American Mother Paula's Pancake House" is being built on a property nearby Roy's new house. One day, as Roy was staring out the window on the bus, he suddenly saw a boy running barefoot. He doesn't see him at school. Roy wonders who he is. Read the book to find out more about all the mysteries that happen on the property and all the funny business that goes on throughout the book!
