Bucket Sisters, Second Mile Giving: Your generous donations through the Bucket Sisters Offering are used to assist families in need in Culpeper. With your generous donations and in conjunction with Culpeper First Call (Culpeper Human Services), during the month of September 2025 we were able to assist a total of 11 families in need with the CFC funds. There were 10 families that were helped to prevent disconnect or to restore their electricity/water. The amount used to prevent/restore in September was $2,343.80. One family was assisted with rent in the amount of $400.00. The total dollar amount of CFC funds used in September 2025 was $2743.80. The current balance in the CFC fund account is $355.82. CFC funds are greatly appreciated!
United Women in Faith activity/discount cards are available: cards are $10 and are valid through the end of 2026. Stop by the church office or see Bonnie Sisk to purchase.
Youth Chimes Choir Practice: Sunday, October 19th, & October 26th at 3:15pm in the Music Room.
IGNITE Youth Group: Sunday, October 19th at 4:45pm in the Community Room.
Fall Family Sunday School October 26th from 10:15am-10:50am in the pavilion. Bring the whole family as we share Sunday school together. We’ll celebrate a new season, give thanks for what God is doing, and have some fun.
CUMC Kids & the UWF Christmas Bazaar: kids are invited to sign up to help at their Christmas Bazaar table as they raise money for their Angel Tree mission. Sign up: https://bit.ly/AngelTreeMission.
UWF Christmas Bazaar: Saturday November 1st 9am-2pm: Enjoy a festive selection of vendors offering unique crafts, gifts & seasonal items – just in time for the holiday shopping season.
UWF Bazaar Bake Sale Table: We are accepting baked good donations to be sold by our volunteers. If you would like to contribute, there is a sign-up sheet in the Narthex. Please drop off your items in the church kitchen on Friday, October 31st 3pm-6pm or Saturday November 1st at 7am.
Child and Youth Bible Distribution: November 16. All children and youth are invited to receive a new Bible. Please register at culpeperumc.org/bible-distribution

Online Bible Study through Amplify Media
Amplify Media is an online bible study resource at Culpeper UMC for individual, family and group learning. With Amplify Media, you have FREE access to countless online bible study resources. Amplify Media is available via their website as well as apps for Apple iOS, Android and Roku devices.
To access Amplify Media, you will need to create an account. Go to https://my.amplifymedia.com/ and click on the person icon on the top right and choose Enter Access Code. Enter our Congregation Access Code: WTXMVL and click the blue VERIFY button. Create an account by entering your name, email address and password of your choosing. Click Start a Free Membership at the bottom of the page to create your account.
Once your account is created, you can access Amplify Media from your computer's browser by going to https://my.amplifymedia.com/amplify and enter your login credentials. You can also download an Amplify Media app from your devices through the appropriate online store. Search for "Amplify Media" and login to your account to enjoy Amplify Media wherever you are.
