CUMC Scholarship Opportunities: Graduating high school seniors interested in applying for any of the three scholarships offered by CUMC this year should visit www.culpeperumc.org/scholarships for the applications. Applications are due Thursday, April 30.
Church Office Hours Over Easter: The church office will be closed on Good Friday April 3rd and Easter Monday April 6th. Normal business hours return on Tuesday April 7th.
Easter Offering: during the month of April the Easter/Lenten offering will go towards the mission in Honduras. Please use the special envelopes in the pew pockets & write “Honduras” on the memo line of the check.
Youth Hand Chimes: Sunday April 12th at 3:15pm-4:45pm in the Music Suite.
Ignite Youth: Sunday April 12th and Sunday April 26th at 4:45pm in the Fellowship Hall.
UWF Edith Burton Meeting: Tuesday April 14th at 10am in Room 203.
The Chosen Season 5 Small Group: begins Thursday April 16th at 6:30pm in the library. This season is focused on the timeframe from Palm Sunday (Jesus enters Jerusalem) through the Last Supper & the betrayal.
Confirmation Sunday April 19th: join us at the 11am service as we celebrate our Confirmands and receive them as new members of CUMC.
Next Gen Worship Club (Grades 4-12): Begins May 17, through June 28 during the 11:00 Service, an optional, interest-based group for students who enjoy contemporary worship music. Students will be dismissed at the same time as Kids Connect, and will meet separately to listen, learn, and explore worship songs.
Prayer Shawl Meeting: Tuesday April 21st at 7pm in the Ladies Parlor.
Food Closet: There is a plastic bin in the Narthex for donations. Any & all non-perishable food items would be most appreciated as well personal hygiene products This week the focus is: Pop-Tarts, individual oatmeal packets, Granola bars, cold cereal, canned fruit. Let’s continue to be the hands & feet of Jesus in our community.

Flowers on the altar are given by Shirley Toth in honor of her granddaughter, Taylor Graves' seventeenth birthday and with joy that the compassion of Christ through the cross changes everything.

Online Bible Study through Amplify Media
Amplify Media is an online bible study resource at Culpeper UMC for individual, family and group learning. With Amplify Media, you have FREE access to countless online bible study resources. Amplify Media is available via their website as well as apps for Apple iOS, Android and Roku devices.
To access Amplify Media, you will need to create an account. Go to https://my.amplifymedia.com/ and click on the person icon on the top right and choose Enter Access Code. Enter our Congregation Access Code: WTXMVL and click the blue VERIFY button. Create an account by entering your name, email address and password of your choosing. Click Start a Free Membership at the bottom of the page to create your account.
Once your account is created, you can access Amplify Media from your computer's browser by going to https://my.amplifymedia.com/amplify and enter your login credentials. You can also download an Amplify Media app from your devices through the appropriate online store. Search for "Amplify Media" and login to your account to enjoy Amplify Media wherever you are.
