BrightSign / Carousel

Catholic University uses an enterprise-class digital signage platform, BrightSign with Carousel, for visual messaging in various locations on campus.

This page describes how a department can obtain and use digital signage.

Departments pay for their digital signage systems, including the the Facilities work needed to provide power. There are additional, ongoing operational support expenses each subsequent year.

Obtaining a display

This is a quick checklist of actions that need to be completed in order for a digital display system to be installed and function properly.

  • Select location for the display monitor.

  • Request a system quotation from Technology Services via email to techsupport@cua.edu.

  • Submit a Facilities project request for power outlets or related requirements.

  • Purchase the system and have Technology Services coordinate its installation.
