In the event of an evacuation, the following persons will assist in checking names of people who have evacuated the building.
The Communications Officer (Jill Lloyd) will bring a bag with identifying hats and vest for the following people:
Allyse A-K (including Visitors & Volunteers)
Connor J-Z (including Visitors & Volunteers)
Reuben - Interns
In the event that any of these three are not on-site or are stepping into the Chief Fire Warden role, Katie Buntain will take that hat and tick off their allocated checklist.
For example, Andy is off-site so Lev or Brett step into the Chief Fire Warden role. Katie will tick off the J-Z hat and tick off this checklist, including adding visitors/volunteers with first names beginning between J-Z, to the appropriate tab.
These control persons should make sure they can access the live 'sheets' check list on their phones. This list is kept up to date on a daily basis.
Staff and interns will find you based on your hat - check them off on your phone. Visitors and Volunteers will go to the person wearing the hat that corresponds to the letter of their first name, they are to be added to the Visitors/Volunteers tab (including which department/person they are on-site with).
