After helping Bernie set up the new RE site I thought I'd better do something similar for my regular IT communications.
Why?
So it is a record of communications that is easier to navigate than a bunch of emails. Use the search box at the top of this site to search for something you've seen previously.
This week I've just got a few websites for you to bookmark.
Intranet - this is a bit of a legacy from our old intranet but it is place that has many of the areas that we regularly need to visit. Two new places you may need to visit are the Caretakers notification form and the Hazards form. Remember if you need to book our school Techie then you can do it here - don't tell me, I'll forget.
Michelle gets an email notification whenever someone fills in the Caretaker form or the Hazard form. I'm sure you'll agree that this is better than telling Michelle as she's rushing past during the day you. It is also easier for the health and safety committee to keep track of issues around our school.
Activboard repairs
The Activboard techies will be at our school on 22 September (Thursday of the last week of term) . There may be some disruption to classes that need repairs, please be flexible and use Room 3 and 4 if you need to.
