The deadline for your school magazine pages is Monday 27 November. All pages should be completed and saved in pdf format into the shared Google Drive folder that I will share with you, "St Mary's Magazine 2016."

Here's the details:

• Page size A4 Portrait (You might need to change the page size)
• Leave a small margin around the edge of each page. Do not put photos, words ... too close to the edge of a page as they may get left off during the printing. Backgrounds can go all the way to the edge.
• Print a copy of your pages before submitting them to check the photos are not blurry. Avoid over stretching images as they will look pixelated.
• Each class has a double page spread (2 a4 pages). Your class photo does not need to be on these pages, they will be on a separate page at the back of the magazine.
• Clearly name all pages e.g. Room 1 page A, Room 1 page B. Combining of both your class pages in the pdf is fine.
• Show your class or a colleague before submitting your finished pages so it is checked.

I will share a doc where you can sign up to produce the pages for the areas that you are involved in. I am collating the magazine not making it.

I will arrange some times to support anyone who wants some help designing and making their pages.

Please do not be offended if you get your page back to make alterations.
