A group of merry helpers and I will be collecting in all student mobile devices on WEDNESDAY 14th December. Please have all the devices and cords bundled and ready to go. The student helpers will collect the devices beginning in the morning. It would be really helpful if you could do the following:
- Match up devices with cords (one device = 1 cord)
- Check carefully in your class for any sneaky devices or cords that are hiding.
- Clearly label your devices that need repairs and a description of what the problem is.
- Be ready
- Return your Ipads in the plastic container they came in.
- Keep your multiboard power supply.
It is necessary to collect in all the devices so we can check they are ready to be used next year.

This is just a reminder. There are HDMI connections for both Mac and Windows users. These are reliable and the sound works well. Please ask for help if you can't get it working, the Tech helpers know what they are doing! Remember to make time to test your presentation ahead of sharing it with an audience. These cords and connections are not to be removed from the hall - ever, ever, ever!
