After seeing how @robclarke used Google Photos I thought we had better have a go ourselves.
I challenge you - Get using Google Photos and even more points for using with your students or whanau. We'll check back in later in the term to see how we are going.
If you want a bit of help, let me know and we'll get together.
How are you using the camera on your IPad? This is the easiest and most powerful tool on your IPads. Because it links with all the other apps that need it on your Ipad it is a good idea to learn how to use it.
I always tell the students to use Landscape when taking phots as it removes those ugly black lines down the sides of photos.
Apparently successful people set themselves small achievable goals - is this you?
I'm all for breaking goals down so they are not too daunting. Number 5 in the link to the left is my favourite.
So what is your IT goal for this term? We discussed this at the end of last term, let's not just say these things and not do anything about it.
Don't fight with it all alone, talk to your colleagues, find a tutorial and just give it a go.
"Don't wait to be perfect at something before giving it a go!"
Did you know that we have an Ipad capable microphone here at school.
This irig microphone reduces the background noises and helps the audio be clearer. It lives in R4 but my students will happily teach your and your students to use it.
Sylvia recently showed me this website which has a great range of online books and tutorials. You can easily sign up your class and then they are away reading. It also saves the reading history and you can add a parent email so they can see progress.
