Good Tuesday Morning,
I hope everyone had a restful day off yesterday. What a beautiful weekend!
I am sending this email with an update on the scheduled meetings for October.
We will not host the New MT's this week (10/15/16) as they have not yet been announced. If you know of anyone who applied please update them. I was hopeful that they would have heard by now.
Due to the short time constraint we should plan to welcome them at the meeting on the 28th/29th. The tentative agenda is full but I think we can make the modifications to host them while continuing with the previous planned agenda. (Agenda attached) - Thank you to the MT's who have agreed to facilitate a break out session on Saturday and thank you to the MT's who assisted in planning for the New MT's. I am hopeful that we can use a portion of the November Zoom meeting at each regional site to showcase the NC Website & The How to's of Zoom.
I will be sending a Google Doc with sign ups for each session for the Saturday break out sessions. Please look for this. Sign ups are necessary as the presenters requested a number count for each session. Thank you for completing this by October 21st.
Would any you would be willing to serve on the Q&A panel on Saturday afternoon? Please let me know so I can add your names to the panel.
I have submitted registrations/hotel accommodations for the STANYS conference. Thank you for getting these to me.
Those of you attending the AMTNYS conference please get the necessary information to me by the weeks end. Thank you so much.
