Meeting in Watertown

Good Morning,
There are several important items that will require your attention by Friday, April 21, 2017
- We will be meeting in Watertown on April 28-29, 2017 Names of rooms requests are attached. If you have not completed the Google form as of today your name will not be on this list. Housing list needs to be at the hotel by 4:00 pm. today Google form link: DUE TODAY
- DRAFT Agenda for the meeting is attached. Josephine will be arriving on Friday evening and will join those of us who wish to attend an informal cocktail reception in The Garden Bar and Grille. I know many of you are traveling and may not arrive until late please don't feel like you need to take a day from school. We will have a full cohort gathering on Saturday.
- Breakout Session sign-ups. Please by Friday, April 21st complete the Google Form Link to select your sessions for the a.m. and p.m. This is important so your colleagues can plan accordingly. Note: If selecting the Google Keep...Chris asks that you download the App prior to attending the session.
- Photo Slide show presentation. Michelle Watkins has volunteered to put together a slide show of photos for the NCMT afternoon recognition of the "Pioneer" cohort members. If you have photos you would like to share please send them to her by Friday, April 21st. Thank you Michelle

- Attached is a list of the members we will recognize on Saturday. If you have a funny story, memory, or inside information about them you will have an opportunity to share with them on Saturday afternoon. (2 min limit)
- Saturday, May 6th with Jim Matthews is now full. Attached is a list of NCMT who have expressed interest in attending if you are unable to attend please let me know as we have a waiting list. Thank you.
- Last item...Safe travels to all. I truly look forward to seeing you all next week.
