Assignment 07

Due: Friday, October 20, 2017 at noon 100 points

Instructions: You know how to submit; do it in the usual way. However, this time you will submit multiple files for this programming project. The cssubmit script will work as usual, picking up all .cpp and .h files in the current directory. So, make sure you have created a separate directory for your hw 7 program. Do not create sub-directories in the hw7 directory. In fact, don't do that in any of our assignments!

Background: Hans Moleman's acquisition of, and his subsequent hassles with, penguin control and containment have inspired an entrepreneurial brainstorm that Hans is convinced will make him rich and famous. He's going to selective breed penguins. Penguin eugenics....yes! Save the world. Of course, he needs the help of the computing world. That's where you come in. Once again you will write a program to simulate the very real¹ Hans Moleman Superstar² managing a penguin breeding operation³ that will eventually lead to flying penguins⁴ that can be used as missiles⁵ for the U.S. strategic defense⁶.
