Meeting was called to order by Carl at 6:01pm.

Steven will put them together as a continuing loop to be displayed on the Kilburne screen
Survey and Save the Date Cards

Survey (Carl’s) and save the date card to be distributed at town meeting day, March 4th

Google survey (Joanne’s) will be embedded in our webpage for future use
Google (free) or Mailchimp for storing contact data. Tim will check if Mailchimp has a free service

Media and Publicity
Subgroup to meet early next week at town hall in order to use the big screen in the Equinox room to view week- by- week planning chart and media contact list
Event planning guide suggests starting 6 weeks before the scheduled event. March 10th would be our approx start date, depending on timing of completed poster
WEQX radio is confirmed by Carl for voicing an event PSA
Town Inventory
Joanne will send the VECAN inventory form to Leslie. It should help streamline the process for gathering information when time allows.
The Community Capacity $4,000 mini-grants
BCRC expects guidelines and application around March 4, town meeting day. The committee will work on ideas for spending if awarded. See link for more details and spending ideas.
