Unable to Match Tutor in Pair or Assign to Group

1. 1. Locate the Workshop with the Workshop Type “New Tutor Training” in which the tutor is enrolled and complete them from the workshop.

   2. Be sure the tutor has enough hours and days of attendance to meet the required Minimum Number of Days and/or Minimum Number of Hours fields for the workshop (bearing in mind that these requirements can be 0 and can be edited if necessary).

   3. In the Enrollment panel, enrolled tutors display a column called “Met Requirement.” If N, they have not met the requirements for minimum days/hours. If Y, they have met the requirements and can be successfully completed from the workshop.

   4. Exit the tutor from the workshop using the “Complete” button.

   5. Locate the tutor record in the Tutor grid and insure the Overall Status is Graduated.

2. Match or assign tutor.

While it is best to go to the Workshop record so you can verify the Minimum Number of Days and/or Minimum Number of Hours has been met, tutors can also be completed from Workshops b going to the Tutor record  > Workshop Enrollments panel.
