The “Add” button appears after entering the date(s), number and type of hours, but no student records appear in the section for editing and saving.

Only students who were enrolled as of the selected hours date(s) will appear in the edit/save panel when adding hours. If no records appear after clicking Add, there are no enrolled students as of that date(s) and therefore hours cannot be added on that date(s).

Double-check the date of the hours to be entered and if that is correct, verify the start and end dates of the students enrolled in the class or group.
