KIM Minjin receives a PhD degree in the commencement ceremony on February 24. Congratulations. She discovered a novel function of the tumor suppressor maspin and a novel association of maspin with gastric cancer susceptibility. She remains in the lab as a postdoctoral research associate, continuing to work on another novel tumor suppressor of gastric cancer.
