Dr. Soohyun Lee, who has received a PhD last December from Boston University, is scheduled to give a seminar at the Department of Bio and Brain Engineering, KAIST on September 3rd afternoon.
She is a postdoctoral fellow in the Program of Bioinformatics and Integrative Biology, University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester, Massachusetts 01605, USA.
Recently, Soohyun has published two papers in Cell, one paper in Science, and one in PLoS ONE.
One Cell paper (as a co-first author) is on http://www.cell.com/retrieve/pii/S0092867409004528 and another in press.

The PLos ONE paper (as the first author) on http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0003906 was her PhD work.
Her current research is focused on analysis of Drosophila small RNA next-sequencing data.
