Monday 10.09.2017

We started the new week with a short team meeting to coordinate the workload for the upcoming week. Later, we continued to work on the website and fixed some bugs.

Tuesday 10.10.2017

In the morning, we had class at the university with Mr. Ghiassi.

After the class, we worked on our website. A second, updated version of the website was finished by the end of the day. This version will be published tomorrow.

Wednesday 10.11.2017

We worked at the Swisscom office in Palo Alto the entire day. Stephan Massalt, from the Swisscom Cloud Lap, set up an account for our project in the Swisscom Application Cloud. By the end of the day our website was accessible under the newly created URL outpost.scapp.io.

Thursday 10.12.2017

Mr. Ghiassi invited for today’s class a colleague to give a talk about software engineering and the different methods like canban, waterfall model or agile. Bottom line of the speech was the fact that software engineering in theory and in practice is quite something different. After the speech we had a project meeting with Mr. Schneider.

The second half of the day was dedicated to our website project. Every team member was occupied with the website. Some team members did some code refactoring others focused on creating more content.

Friday 10.13.2017

The ICE 2017 is almost over, there is only one week left. We started the day with a group meeting. We discussed how we will organize the work during the upcoming final week. It looks like it is going to be a tight schedule next week. Furthermore, we continued to work on our website. There are still some bugs to fix.

Further, another excursion was scheduled today. After lunchtime, we headed towards San Francisco. Unfortunately, the Bay Area is affected by dust and poor air quality because of a wildfire devastation nearby.
