Scripting

The scripting page is itself divided into several tabs (or pages).

Some of the functionalities are currently beta features and are only available to users enrolled in the beta program.

Each page and the type of scripts it supports is described separately in the manual.

1. Multispot Analysis

This page allows running general analysis scripts on any (not just multispot) data file as well as more specific scripts not encompassed in the general script framework:

• Autocorrelation functions calculation

• Cross-correlation functions calculation

• Afterpulsing probability estimation 

• Nanotime histogram analysis (fluorescence decay fits)

• General multispot scripts

2. Monitored Variables

This page allows defining a list of variables (indicators or computation results) and plot them as they are updated during the script.

3. Sliding Window Analysis (beta)

Experimental script accessible to beta testers.

4. Burst Rate Analysis 1 (beta)

Experimental script accessible to beta testers.

5. Burst Rate Analysis 2 (beta)
