The # Bursts(t) tab displays a time trace # Burst(t) of the number of detected bursts (meeting the set of constraints defined in the Burst Statistics Definitions tab) per window of size # Bursts Time Trace Bin (defined in the Burst Statistics Definitions tab). The vertical scale used for this plot is located to the left of the graph.
In addition, a Integrated # Bursts(t) plot is represented, its vertical scale being located to the right of the same graph.
The average (Mean Burst Rate (Hz)) and standard deviation (Burst Rate SDV (Hz)) of the first time trace are reported at the bottom right of the graph. These values can be used in scripts (see the Scripting pages of the manual for details).
The Keep Burst(t) Plots checkbox ensures that newly computed plots are added to the list of existing plots (from previous computations). Note that the Analysis >> Clear All Burst Analysis Graphs menu item (Ctrl-Shift-D) will override this settings and clear the graph.
New plots gets a number in parenthesis added to the default plot names shown above, as for all graphs in ALiX.
Note that this graph only offers the ability to histogram the plots (no fitting is possible).
