Meeting called to order at 6:10p.m.

Present:

Kathy Lawson, Kellie Bowden, Christy Davis, Erika Haulk, Annie Goodwin, Barb Pinkham, Brenda Kelley, Tim Pearson

    1. Approval of Minutes

    2. Treasurer’s report:

      1. Darling’s ice cream truck donation total received = $152.76

      2. We made $2,479.97 from the Fall Festival, spent 729.98, with a total profit of $1,749.99

      3. Square One Art - $1,094.24 profit

      4. box tops = $270

      5. Rada knives = $73.50

      6. So far this year (since July 1, 2014) we have raised $5,122.75. This does not include scrip pro. From July 1, 2014 to now we have spent $2,887.83

      7. Scrip pro fundraiser that took place in November made $1,293.00

      8. First Dedham gear sale made $116.00, but we owe Wight’s Sporting Goods set up fees of $105. The second sale brought in close to the first amount - actual numbers have not been calculated as of this meeting. All of those sales will be profit. The fees to Wight’s were a one time deal.

    3. Teacher Requests:

      1. Mrs. Kelley - has a donorschoose.org project currently going to earn a projector for her classroom. It was originally $537.00. She has had 2 classroom donations. Her project expires in February. She is wondering if in January she does not have all the donors ($437.00) if PTF can help to completely fund that. Request was approved.

      2. As far as the teacher request board goes - have Mrs. Laferte put a section in the newsletter and update each week for what teachers have posted for needs. Not all parents get to see that board as not all students are picked up/dropped off.

    1. Fundraising:

      1. Scrip Pro: Doing the mass order/fundraiser was a learning process. We have figured out how this to do differently for next year to hopefully make things go a little smoother. Very successful fundraiser. Possibly do another round in the spring? Maybe do an incentive for ordering online. Online orders can come all sorted to alleviate some stress at the time of delivery.

    1. Movie night

Lots of details were discussed about the needs for this day. I have a separate google doc set up for this. I will share this when it is completely organized.
