Update on case control paper - under review at Nature Genetics.  We are being permitted to submit the paper without replication as this is not feasible.  We have some additional co-authors added for LD score regression and other analyses.  Discussion about fine mapping (hard, given incomplete data and summary statistics, low number of non-Europeans).  Louise has had some experience with PAINTOR.  Locus enrichment - many tools here, hard to find evidence outside the lung, Louise notes that in the Roadmap paper lung function with rectal smooth muscle (http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v518/n7539/full/nature14248.html#trait-associated-variants-enrich-in-tissue-specific-marks).

Emphysema analysis: Rob working on our cohorts; moved deadline to end of October.

Integrative genomics: Update from Yohan: summary statistics - eQTL and coloc analysis, TWAS.  Has a powerpoint if people are interested.  Recalled with most recent 1000G with some cis-eQTL.

Overlap analysis: no updates

Nonsmoking COPD: Marike has had some discussions at ERS, plan to have ICGC proposal and gather cohorts.

ERS update: increasing emphasis on integrative methods and epigenetics.  Brought up possibility of broadening ICGC to include genomics (gene expression, methylation, etc collaborations).

New website: copdconsortium.org.  Looking for people interested in updating design.

Schedule for calls: will try to alternate with Tuesdays when there are Monday holidays (e.g. Memorial Day, day after Easter).  Will send out new schedule.
