2. Finish Part II of Between the World and Me by block day next week.

1. Use released student examples to build a foundation for self-assessment of your own writing and for furthering your writing skills.

First Thing:

1. Get a Chromebook and get your rhetorical analysis rubric out.

2. Get out a sheet of paper and create the following table:

3. Begin to read through and score the student example essays (Gandhi Rhetorical Analysis Prompt)

Agenda:

1. Talk through scoring of sample J.

2. Independent work time on other samples (if you finish early, read Between the World and Me)

3. If time allows, discussion of findings with your squad.
