Jr Nationals 2015
We are delighted to be hosting Junior National Debating Championships in Winnipeg from May 8th to 10th, 2015. Provinces are welcome to send up to 6 two-person teams to the Nationals. Teams should arrive in Winnipeg on May 7th and can leave on any flight leaving after 5 PM on May 10th. We will use the National Debate style, although we have not settled on what the speaking times will be. All teams will debate six preliminary rounds, including both sides of the prepared resolution and four impromptu rounds. The prepared resolution is This House supports a two-state solution for Ukraine. The resolution must be defined in a way that involves some sort of division of the Ukraine. All teams will debate both sides of the prepared resolution.
