Additional information not available in the guide:

Scalps can only be obtained by dealing the killing blow to a Human or Magmar no more than 2 level's below your own

Valor can only be obtained by doing damage against Humans or Magmars no more than 3 level's below your own

At certain locations no valor is given.

Battlefields

Coal

As well as reputation obtainable from the battlefields you can gain reputation from handing in Crystalline Coal.

Note: you need to have completed initiation into the union of the Underground Knights in order to donate coal.

Worship Quest

The quest for the Underground Knights Medal of Worship is started by talking to Vigor in Hell's Pass or Shodu in Foothills and requires you to earn three certificates.

One certificate bringing Vigor or Shodu 250 crystalline coal.
One certificate is earned for 10 wins in either Tournament of Worship (for level 5-10, guide) or in Caves of Equals (for level 11+). Skippable by delivering 20 Sparks of Heavenly Fire.
One certificate for delivering 500 Scalps to Vigor or Shodu

The certificates can be earned at different times and in either order.
