Balthazar's Cell

This terrifying creature appeared in Faeo thanks to the clumsy experiments of a demonologist. Having summoned this demon from the netherworld, the demonologist is now unable to control him, but a guard detachment has managed to drive the raging demon into an empty house in Faytvor Suburbs and Grand Fort Suburbs. Where he now stays trapped in his cell waiting for his chance to escape.

Rabid Rage

Causes the next hit by Balthazar to be critical. Restores 20% of the damage dealt to it. Unlimited use.

Infernal Surge

Deals 12 health over 12 seconds to all opponents. Can be removed with Charm Dispersal Scrolls. Unlimited use.

Vicious Circle

Removes all healing scroll effects from opponents and weakens their next hit substantially. Unlimited use.

1 Balthazar Ring will drop to the group after the fight for any level.
