Derelict House

The entrance to the Derelict House is located in Village of Angriyar and Village of Kingala.

The instance is accessible for 12 hours every 2 days for players of level 3 and above.

Before the instance is accessible the quest "Fighting the Undead" received from Shiko the Paladin in Tomb of Kings or in Royal Tomb has to be completed.

Loot:

There are four rooms with stashes which can contain useful items, blessings or curses usually lasting for 5-15 minutes or you get attacked. Each stash can only be opened once per instance.

In the same four rooms 2 Necasphodels each can be picked that allow increasing the Hunters of the Undead reputation by 10 points each as long as your current reputation is less than 1300.

Door fights can drop Battered or Wonderful Coffers randomly.

While the highest level in the group does not exceed a threshoald bosses will drop a key upon their death which can be used to open either the silent or the singing chamber in their room. The silent chamber will contain a non-transferable green item for level 1-5 depending on the boss (the items will have reduced durability and will be non-transferable). The singing chamber contains 1-16 chess pieces of a set determined by the boss.
