Elements

Elements are used to improve Blue Runes that are already built into the Armor. They cannot be used on Green Runes or on Runes that are not embedded in armor.

When a Blue Rune is built into armor or weapons this symbol will appear on the particular item.
Blue runes can be improved up to five times. Each stage requires a different number of elements to complete. It is luck that determines how much each element used will improve the rune toward completion of the stage. The higher the stage, the more elements that will probably be needed to complete it.
Each stage has a certain boost of the rune's stats. The higher stages have the better increases in stats.
Stage I requires between one and four elements to complete.
Stage II requires between one and sixteen elements to complete.
Stage III requires between one and thirty-six elements to complete.
Stage IV requires between one and one hundred elements to complete.
Stage V requires between one and two hundred fifty-five elements to complete.
For stages IV and higher the runes are purple.
When an Element is used on the Rune, a message with the percentage of upgrade will appear in the chat.
While the rune is between stages, the armor that it is in will show the percentage from completion of the stage. For example, this rune in a cuirass is 75% complete toward Stage I.
