The Architecture of the Already Completed Observable Universe.
This essay proposes that the Observable Universe must be considered as always being complete and no longer evolving by humans. It establishes a timeline that includes the Observable Universe, Sun and Earth and Humans. It then provides a definition for the nature of Humans. It then examines the conclusions of Human Science. A description of the Complete Observable Universe is then established. The Components and Physical Constants of the Observable Universe are then defined. The nature of Time is then defined. Conclusions are then drawn.
The Age and so Extent Observable Universe.
The Observable Universe is estimated to be 13,800,000,000 light years in extent.

Our Sun, Solar System and Earth were formed approximately 4.6 billion years ago.
For 9,200,000,000 light years the Observable Universe existed without the Sun or the Solar System or the Earth.

Human Nature
Humans are an evolution of a space time density zone of the Observable Universe.
They are a part of the Observable Universe that has evolved to detect itself detecting due to its interaction with multiple space time density zones in the Observable Universe.

The Conclusions of Human Science.
Humans have determined that the Observable Universe was created as a singularity that then expanded, cooled, changed density, changed volume, changed mass, changed its gravity, changed in energy level, changed in frequency of light wave, changed in wavelength of light wave, changed in order, changed in arrangement, changed in entropy, changed in motion and changed in timescale.
These are all however observations of changes that occurred in the past relative to humans relative to the speed of light in a pure vacuum.
They are all perceptions of 'slices' of the Observable Universe as a series of holograms of past events.

If the Observable Universe can be considered to be complete, entire, all in existence and only being observed and analysed as 'slices' of relative space time density zones as holograms of past events by humans then the sub-atomic particles, atoms, chemicals, geologies, molecules, amino acids, DNA, cells, multi-cellular, natural objects, tools, manufactured objects and ideas must also be part of this illusion.
They are all temporary assemblies of past events.

Time can be started to have started when the Observable Universe began as a singularity However this start of time has been pushed back as human technology has enhanced the human detection, interaction, entanglement ability. The illusion of Time can be proven through the relation of time, distance and speed.
Speed can be considered as relative levels of the maximum speed of light in a pure vacuum.

Distance can be examined through parallax.

Distance is also measured through the use of brightness, standard candles, colour and spectrum of nearby stars.
These are all themselves relative illusions of the interaction of light with the human being.
Therefore speed and distance are illusions and not constants.
Past, Present and Future exist only to relative 'slices' of relative space time density zones
Consequently Time is as a relative product of distance; an illusion; divided by speed; an illusion; and so is itself an illusion.
Conclusions
The Observable Universe was in its observable state, complete, before humans existed.
Humans can only interact, entangle, sense, interpret, communicate the Observable Universe in a delayed manner.
The Observable Universe, its Components, Physical Constants and Time can only being observed and analysed as components of slices of relative past space time density zones by humans.
Nothing in the tensor field of the Observable Universe is actually in the physical state, value or coordinate it is claimed by humans to exist in.
It is all an illusion, an interference pattern of overlapping delays being observed and analysed as 'slices' of relative space time density zones as holograms of past events by humans.
It is an illusion that humans falsely insist is current reality.
