Article 136 - Eyes That See The Past

Eyes That See The Past

Eyes can’t see.

Eyes are lenses and a detector.

There is no image of the world in a human eye.

The light that enters the human eye is only a part of the total radiation that exists in the universe.

Humans are blind to what most of the universe looks like.

Light, radiation, travels at a universal constant speed so by the time the light enters a human eye, is split, and transmuted into electrochemical impulses, sent into the brain, processed, compared with previous input and then output as electrochemical impulses to increase blood flow, move muscle cells and interact with the environment to cause variations in air pressure, or make marks, signs, or symbols 300 to 700 milliseconds have passed.

This means that at the speed of light of 299,792,458 m/s there is a time dilation of an object or event 299,792,458 metres away of up to 700 milliseconds so humans perceive the universe in the past from any vantage point even when they are not moving.

Humans are caught in a relative time dilation.

This also means that any device designed and operated by humans has an inbuilt delay equal to its circuitry speed plus 300 to 700 milliseconds.

Some relative distances can be examined to indicate the time dilation associated with them assuming the light travelling as reflected light, one way, and with light speed taken as 300,000 km /sec

Sun to Mercury = 58,000,000 km = 193 seconds

Sun to Venus = 108,000,000 km = 360 seconds

Sun to Earth = 150,000,000 km = 500 seconds

Sun to Mars = 227,000,000 km = 757 seconds

Sun to Jupiter = 778,000,000 km = 2593 seconds

Sun to Saturn = 1427,000,000 km = 4757 seconds

Sun to Uranus = 2869,000,000 km = 9562 seconds

Sun to Neptune = 4497,000,000 km = 14990 seconds

Sun to Pluto = 5888,000,000 km = 19627 seconds

Earth to Moon = 384,400 km = 1.3 seconds

This gives a delay of 500 seconds for light to reach Earth from the Sun.

This gives a total of approx. 8 minutes delay for the visual understanding of the sun in relation to the Earth.

Human electrical equipment has a further constraint in that it uses electrons.

Electrons move at only 1% of the speed of light 2,200 km/sec, 2,200,000 m/sec, 2200 m/millisecond.

This introduces another 2,200 milliseconds into the time dilation.

This gives a human with electrical equipment a relative time dilation of the universe of 0.002 seconds after actual events occur.

Therefore out technology sees the universe in the past.

Humans and their technology are caught in a relative time dilation and can only see the past not the present or the future and then only part of the actual past that occurred.

Since the other senses that humans use are slower than the speed of light the delay for other human senses would be greater and so the sensing of the past would increase.
