The World is changing.
The Covid 19 Pandemic has indicated to humans that they are not in control of the processes of nature.
Populations are increasing.
Energy, Natural resources and the Environment are depleting.
This sequence in our current context of energy, resource and environment depletion cannot continue.
Artefacts create depletion so the practice of creating artefacts must be controlled.
