October 2014 Gallery Walk Results

On the October 2014 inservice day the Mid-High and BHS faculties met together. Part of the inservice was a "Gallery Walk" where teachers at each table generated Big Ideas which should be part of the new combined school and then everyone walked from list to list, putting stickers on what they choose as their most important ideas.

Results

This is a summary of the Gallery Walk List of Ideas completed by BMHS and BHS staff during the October In-service. There are 2 Big Ideas that generated a majority of support: Student Centered and Mentoring. Below is a breakdown of the most liked (identified by green dots) Ideals:

v Student Centered: 90 likes total

o We want to become a cohesive unit. Work together for the kids. 23 likes

o To prepare students for career choices regardless of chosen field within the community. 22 likes

o We exist to prepare students for the future. 20 likes

o Student-Centered. 15 likes
