Taiwan-Korea Exchange, Loving the Earth Together
Today, the fourth-grade Class B transformed into young diplomats as they engaged in a video exchange with students from Seoul's Sinseol Elementary School, located 1,600 kilometers away.
This video exchange activity encompassed more than just self-introductions; it also delved into important environmental issues for a enriching discussion. By exploring SDGs 6—Understanding the reasons behind Taiwan's water scarcity and effective ways to conserve water resources in daily life—the Yung-Ning children explained, the Sinseol Elementary students shared real-life examples of power conservation, plastic reduction, and water conservation. Together, Taiwan and Korea united in their love for the Earth.
The children expressed their anticipation and delight in this exchange, enjoying discussing the content of the posters together, practicing presenting in English, working together, and feeling a strong sense of unity. Simultaneously, they learned the importance of conserving electricity, saving water, and loving the Earth through this exchange.
