Using the pinhole camera was really fun and interesting. We were able to learn how light exposure can affect an image and how sensitive the paper is to the light. It was a lot of fun to learn the mechanics of the whole thing, the picture taking and developing process. Having experience in the dark room was probably the coolest aspect of the whole project. Another aspect of the project I thought was interesting and useful was how we brought the photos to photoshop to change them from negative to positive just by a few simple editing tools. During the process of taking the pictures we had to think more about the position of the sun and the shadows cast. Overall, I really loved this whole process because we were able to experience a process that we normally wouldn't get to do outside of this class, and we got more insight to the evolution of photography.
