Jesseca Ferguson

What is unique about the way in which each artist works? What do you find the most interesting about his/her work?

Looking at Jesseca Ferguson's work I really loved how she was able to make the images have different color tones. I still find it so interesting that the lighting is only coming from a small hole and how the lighting is evenly distributed on the focal points. My favorite thing about her work would probably have to be how the image is dark and mysterious but yet the focal point is bright and is made to stand out in the image.

Coastal Pinhole Images

What is unique about the way in which each artist works? What do you find the most interesting about his/her work?

Looking at the images from Coastal Pinhole Images, I really enjoyed how they were all taken on the beach and outside. I love that even though the lighting is coming from the small hole that the image is very clear. I find it interesting that the edges and corners of the photos are more of a blurry darkness compared to Jesseca's work up above. Overall, the focal point is still very clear and stands out against the darker edges created with using the pinhole technique.
