Reflecting on my goals for the semester
I would like to say I achieved my goals, I feel like my editing skills have improved immensely, specifically the editing of my Yellowstone picture. When it comes to learning my camera settings I wish we had a little more class time to have more of an experience with different lighting, I knew what settings to use but sometimes I felt like it was too much of a trial-and-error kind of thing.

Six mini sand dollars, a turtle small,
a twisty coral, white and tall.
A pink shell, tiny and rare,
Nature's gems, are beyond compare.

Successes from the Semester
Throughout the semester I feel like I had numerous successes and numerous learning moments. Overall I thoroughly enjoy the results of a few of my editing assignments and my film projects. I’m most proud of my editing assignment in Photoshop with the picture from Yellowstone and me pouring the water into the waterfall. My favorite assignment from the semester has to be the ISpy project because I feel like I had unlimited creativity, and I had fun while making it.
Goals for the Semester
During this semester I hope to improve my basic photography skills overall. Since photo one, I have still been taking pictures and considering the material I learned during that class, which was extremely helpful in order to improve my photos overall. I thoroughly enjoyed taking photo one last year. This year I would love to improve my editing skills and figure out what settings can fit the type of picture I intend to take. I want to learn how to take pictures using a manual camera more efficiently, I feel that we didn’t have many opportunities last semester to learn about manual cameras so I am going to enjoy that this semester.
