Purpose:
To continue to see things in a different way;
To continue to practice the compositional strategies: Framing & Leading lines.
My mom and I were walking around town in Freeport and I saw this sign about parking and then the L.L. Bean Home building was right behind it. So I decided to take a photo of that but try to focus on the wording on the side of the building with the lights.
My brother passed away in 2014 and my mom has been taking on the task of learning to play his old guitar. So when taking the photo I focused on the guitar strings leading to the neck of the guitar and blurred the background. I think that the final image came out really pretty.
This is another picture from when I was walking around in Freeport with my mom. I was looking for road signs around me and I found a stop sign. I wasn't too confident that taking a picture through one of the holes on the post holding the sign up would work. But it did and I was able to frame the one-way and no left turn sign pretty clearly.
