Important Dates

As a reminder, students are expected to remain in residence at Oxford for the full duration of each term. 

Arrival Date for Program: September 30, 2024

*We will be providing a free coach transfer from Heathrow Airport around 11am (exact time will be confirmed closer to the arrival day). We encourage students who are arriving on this date to book a flight landing by 10am in order to take advantage of this transfer. All students must submit flight details using this form by the 25th August, where you'll indicate whether or not you'll be using the transfer.

WEPO Orientation: Monday, September 30 to Saturday, October 5, 2024

Exeter College/Oxford University Orientation (aka 0th week, 'naught week'): Sunday, October 6 to Saturday, October 12, 2024

Michaelmas Term Week 1 Begins (teaching begins): Sunday, October 13, 2024

Michaelmas Term Week 8 Ends (teaching ends): Saturday, December 7, 2024

Michaelmas Term Week 9 (exams/final assignments): Sunday, December 8 to Saturday, December 14, 2024

Return Deadline for Hilary Term: Wednesday, January 15, 2025 (This is the date you must return by. Students may return earlier than this date, or stay at EWH over the term break).

Hilary Term Day Trip: Thursday, January 16, 2025 (subject to confirmation)

Hilary Term Week 1 Begins (teaching begins): Sunday, January 19, 2025

Hilary Term Week 8 Ends (teaching ends): Saturday, March 15, 2025

Hilary Term Week 9 (exams/final assignments): Sunday, March 16 to Saturday, March 22, 2025

Return Deadline for Trinity Term: Wednesday, April 23, 2025 (This is the date you must return by. Students may return earlier than this date, or stay at EWH over the term break).

Trinity Term Day Trip: Thursday, April 24, 2025 (subject to confirmation)

Trinity Term Week 1 Begins (teaching begins): Sunday, April 27, 2025

Trinity Term Week 8 Ends (teaching ends): Saturday, June 21, 2025

Trinity Term Week 9 (exams/final assignments): Sunday, June 22 to Saturday, June 28, 2025

Official departure day: Saturday, June 28, 2025

*Note that students must plan to stay through the end Trinity term. The official departure day is the 28th June, and all students are expected to depart that day. Students may not extend their stay at EWH past this date.
