101- non-emergency police number. This can be used to report a crime if you don't need a police officer to come to you immediately.
The administration office is generally open 9am-12pm and 1pm-3pm Monday-Thursday. Feel free to stop by next to the entrance of 145 Banbury Road if you need anything during these hours.
The night porters are on duty from 10:30pm-5:30am every night during term time and for 2 hours in the evening outside of term time. If you have a problem at night, please contact the night porters in the first instance.
Christine is in the library from 9:30am-12:30pm on Tuesdays and 3-6pm on Thursdays during term time. The library is open 24-hours for self-study.
Your mailing address whilst you're in Oxford is as follows:
[Your Name]
145 Banbury Road
Oxford, OX2 7AN
United Kingdom
Please do not have mail sent to the individual WEPO houses (ie. 2 or 4 Lathbury), as it cannot be delivered there. Any mail you receive will be put in your mailbox in the 145 Banbury Rd. foyer, or, if it's a parcel, kept in the parcel cupboard in the common room for you to collect.
We now have an ‘iParcelBox’ outside of 145 Banbury that can accept deliveries even when no one is in the office. If you are able to add special instructions when placing an order, you can include this message to confirm they can leave it in the box.
Please leave the parcel in my iParcelBox located outside of 145 Banbury Road, OX2 7AN. Please take a photo of the unique barcode inside the lid of the iParcelBox as proof of delivery.
If your package needs to be signed for, there is a barcode that they can scan when delivering to circumvent the need for an actual signature. If you order something that is delivered to the box over the weekend and you need it before the office re-opens, send Katie a text and she can give you remote access to collect it.
