• 3:00-6:00pm: WEPO Orientation BBQ. WEPO is hosting a BBQ for Exeter students in the gardens of EWH. All WEPO students are expected to attend. This is a ticketed event; Exeter College students must have a ticket to be admitted.

• Matriculation - 

  • 7.45 am     Assemble for registration. Report to the Academic Support Officer, Katharine Perry, in the Lodge. Gather in the Chapel if raining or Front Quad if fine.

  • 8.15  am       Matriculation Photograph in Front Quad.

  • 9.00 am     Assemble for procession to Sheldonian Theatre.

  • 9.30  am      Matriculation Ceremony in Sheldonian Theatre.

  • 9.45  am   Individual photos to be taken.  Students to go out individually during breakfast for photos.

  • 10.00  am Breakfast in Dining Hall. No guests are allowed. Sign up on Upay; places are limited.
