Professionalism on Patrol
All officers are reminded to maintain professionalism while on duty. Your actions, both in-character and out-of-character, reflect not only on yourself but also on the department. Disrespectful treatment of civilians and fellow officers, excessive banter, hazing, and unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.
Use of Force & Firearms Discipline
All officers are expected to follow proper use of force protocols. Throughout the past month, we have received several reports and complaints of excessive force. A reminder that the use of lethal force must be justified and proportionate. Firing recklessly, creating unnecessary crossfire situations, or using force outside of policy will result in disciplinary action.
Roleplay Standards & Realism Expectations
Several complaints have been received regarding fail roleplay, self-reviving, and unrealistic actions. Officers are reminded to properly roleplay injuries, avoid reviving without justification, and maintain realistic character conduct.
Self-reviving to re-engage in situations is prohibited.
All injuries should be realistically roleplayed.
Uniform & Appearance Compliance
Officers are expected to adhere to uniform policies at all times. Reports have been received regarding improper uniform accessories, including unauthorized hats and glasses.
