Regulations Manual
We're releasing a brand new Regulations Manual, which comes with a visual overhaul and provides clearer expectations for conduct and patrol operations. We have overhauled our purpose and mission sections, covering professionalism, accountability, and general policing interactions. The goal for this new regulations manual is to improve overall roleplay quality, consistency, and professionalism within the Municipal Police.
With this new manual, all officers are required to review the updated manual in full and ensure they operate within the new regulations at all times. The manual can be viewed here.
Supervisors will begin enforcing the updated standards moving forward.
Policy Book
We're also releasing a brand new, revised Policy Book, which comes with a visual overhaul and provides updated policy wording. The purpose of such changes is to bring updated and extended guidance on vehicles, unmarked vehicles, and plates. Additionally, the policy brings changes to our external policies and outlines external supervisor opportunities. The infotainment music policy has been rescinded, and officers are able to listen to music, as long as it is appropriate and follows community rules.
Officers can view the Policy Book here.
Summer Structure Released
We're pleased to announce that our Summer Structure is in effect, and officers can now utilize Class C and Polo uniforms! ☀️
Performance and Integrity
Professionalism and integrity remain core expectations of this department. While some policies may not always be the most enjoyable, they exist to maintain structure, safety, and the highest quality roleplay standards.
Maintaining policy compliance and clear communication ensures continued excellence across the department.
Municipality Coverage
Officers are reminded about Chapter 4 in our Regulations Manual, which states that Police Officers have the discretion to choose any municipality when starting their patrol. However, Police Officers must prioritize servicing municipalities with fewer units. If not, officers are advised to check in with a Sergeant or higher before going on duty in order to receive an assignment. Failure to do so may result in reassignment if this was not properly done.
Patrol Supervisors have the right to request officers to change their municipality at any time.
Department Feedback
As a department, we value constructive feedback to better the department, and it is highly encouraged to be submitted. We look forward to hearing and reading your feedback on us so we can make appropriate changes.
