Instructions are included in the workbook. Teachers will need to copy a version before they can edit it. You may want to edit it centrally, including your own questions, instructions and adding logos before sending onto staff. Once copied, any further changes cannot be made centrally. 

You may want to just view all the slides and the new extended videos that are embedded in the workbook. Videos are embedded in a Google slide and will play within the slide once presented. These can be found in the Video Materials folder.

This selection of WalkThrus and the links suggested in the workbook would constitute an excellent core CPD package for staff in many settings. This will be especially powerful if the instructional coaching element is included as suggested in the observation tracker at the back of the workbook. Each box is fully editable and expandable and each teacher can own their own workbook, sharing with their colleagues or managers as they wish. 

The workbook works extremely well inside the google docs suite. It will also work outside that although the saving and sharing permissions will be different and the videos and slides may need to play in new windows rather than within the workbook itself.
