Artist Statement: This is a photo of the shoes I wear on a daily basis coupled with a stash of coins I scrounged up from my room. I wanted to show in some way the fact that I usually have coins (a much smaller amount) in those very shoes at all times for no important reason. I tipped the boot over and made the coins stretch all the way to the camera to make it seem like the boot naturally fell over and unleashed its contents in a dramatic fashion.
